Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered will be eligible for free replacement.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened tea packets or partially used incense/dhoop sticks.

• Items used for religious rituals.

• Personalized or custom-made products.

Refund Process:

• Once your request is approved, ship the product back to our warehouse.

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy:

If you received a defective item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
